  I had a horrible experience here a few days ago. I was looking for a lipstick I have bought here many times, upon walking in I was greeted by a woman with purple hair. She asked what I was looking for, and in all honesty, I did accidentally give her the wrong shade. However, in response to this she slowed her speech and started talking to me like I was stupid, saying they didn’t have the shade. Instead of asking for anything that might have helped her narrow down the shade she insisted that they didn’t have it. I told her, “I know you guys have it online, and last time I was here I bought it.” She once again, speaking incredibly slowly and rudely told me they don’t have everything from online in store. I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that, so I asked if I could just browse alone. She did not leave me alone, even after I insisted on looking by myself at least three times. When I did eventually find it she said nothing, took me to the register, and asked if I had an account. At this point i was so uncomfortable I told her no since I didn’t even want to give her my phone number. She insisted I sign up to get 15% off my first purchase, to which I declined. She once again started speaking to me like I was stupid. I came home that night and told my partner what happened, and as it turns out, he had an extremely similar experience a few days prior with the same employee while trying to find my shade. Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ll be either shopping another brand, or exclusively ordering online from here on out.

  Amazing experience. Much appreciation to Will Reyes. I visited the MAC store today and was helped by an employee named Will Reyes. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. My skin tone is a bit tricky, but she took her time to analyze it properly and helped me find the perfect shade. She even provided a sample so I could try it out before committing. The interaction was genuinely pleasant — she was kind, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience thanks to her.

  Last week, I had the pleasure of working with Nicole. I was looking for some very specific items for techniques, and she was aware of what I was after as well as what products did which in order to achieve the result I wanted. Although she took her tine with me, she also was able to manage other customers who came into the store while letting me merinate on decisions. This has been the best time I've had in a while for makeup shopping and I'll be sure to ask for her again the next time I go into this store. She's now set the standard for good customer service!

  Went in looking for the painterly paint pot, I was too shy to ask for and explain what I was looking for (forgot the name) finally got up the nerve to explain what I was looking for and the lady quickly knew what I meant. She got me the product and I have used it every day since.
