I went in today, selection was good, staff was welcoming but one employee stood out from the staff. If you’re in Fairview Park Mall and need any help at Lush, Shanique is your girl! (I hope I spelt it correctly 😅). She was extremely pleasant from the moment you enter the store, greeting every customer warmly. During the holidays, many staff cannot maintain their composure, so they can be slightly dismissive and unprofessional. However, Shanique was very kind, patient and she assisted me in finding a great gift for my mom and a scent that she would love. She even understood my budget and helped accordingly! She didn’t show a single sign of frustration. I really appreciated the fact she took her time to listen! I went to many stores during this busy time, Lush was my last stop, and honestly if it wasn’t for Shanique I probably would’ve left without buying a thing. Lastly, she was kind enough to package my gift in a cute bag with a tag! How awesome is that! From the moment I stepped in until the moment I left the store it was an extremely pleasant shopping experience! 10/10 😊

I made a big order online, and I was worried that everything i wanted was gone. SHIREEN my savior made sure I got everything I needed and made sure there were no issues with my order. We didn’t know what to expect but our hosts Baylee and Manveer were amazing, they did an excellent job setting up, kept the kids entertained with great games and finished it off with a relaxing but not so relaxing face mask for the 6 year olds! Lush would be a great place to have a party for all ages as they cater to what you want!

Customer service is 12/10. Shout out to Olivia and Amanda for giving me an exceptional customer experience. They went above and beyond. I mean, at this point, crown me and make me royalty because they treated me that way. Thank you two for being amazing!
