Her treatment was extremely disrespectful, and there was no sense of customer care at all. I genuinely wish there were an option to give zero stars.

Her decades of experience doesn't reflect her attitude and skills because she spends little time on the details, always finishing the trim as quickly as possible. Her mood can be described as passive and desperate. The barbers seem like they don't want to be there and treat you as a non-customer, like you are inconveniencing them.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
