- RRRMar 19, 20265.0I came into Sephora with my mom today, who was struggling to find a concealer that gave her the coverage and was in the shade she wanted. A blonde girl helped us and found my mom’s shade and coverage she wanted. My mom has been given inaccurate products often, so she was very pleased today to have found something perfect for her. She was even given a sample and was told to come back and try the product in-store and learn how the corrector she was given can be applied, which is beyond helpful for her! While I was browsing, I also liked this concealer display, which is too cute not to add!

I didn’t need help I just wanted to look but every time I looked at an employee they would look down or look away. Made me feel really bad so I left. I look different than most people but deserve the same amount of respect that they were giving literally everyone else.

Was told if it was the wrong scent number, bring it back to exchange. She brought it back today, sealed (unused) with the receipt for a straight up exchange for the correct number. She was then informed that the exchange would cost about $7 since the original had been on sale the one day it was purchased and is no longer.
