She was very helpful and knowledgeable, she found me an exfoliant and moisturizer that would address my skin issues, informed me of the ingredients, and how they will help, and even gave me samples to try at home! Very thankful for her help, the products were amazing, i will return to purchase them soon!

Min initially helped me and gave me some great recommendations for my hair type. It was the end of their shift so Mer took over and also gave me a recommendation based on a few other things I was picking up that day. I ended up purchasing a full size Glory conditioner based on her recommendation and it’s been wonderful for my hair and smells amazing. She also made me a sample of Min’s rec which I haven’t tried yet. I had really great convos with both of them, they were friendly and knowledgeable offering help when I needed but also let me look around on my own when I didn’t. The store was clean and well organized. My only gripe as a longtime lushie is that the stores are now currated and don’t carry the full range - I don’t love the gourmand scents that are popular right now so it would be nice to see more of the more niche scents but I understand why they don’t carry them. Thankfully online still has them.

Bee and another lovely employee (I forgot to get their name:() suggested Magic Crystals, a product I had never used before. I used it the same day and I have NEVER had anything work so well and so quickly. This product will be in my shower FOREVER, and thanks to Bee I have some other amazing tips and tricks. Bee also set me up with a lovely sample tailored to my needs and that was just a cherry on top. They were patient with me, professional and incredibly informative. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find something that works for me and IT WORKS! I couldn’t have had a better experience and this is the reason I’ll always go back to lush. Thanks so much again!!🩷🩷🩷
