  I'm new to Kingston and got my first haircut at G Clips today. I'm si impressed with the service I've received, such a lovely group. The salon is very clean with great atmosphere. My haircut turned out to be amazing Sukh did a wonderful cut and she is so sweet and friendly. I was made welcomed as soon as I walked in. I highly recommend Great Clips, for a great cut. This is my go to place everytime I need a cut Thank you for the great service.🩷

  I had a really great experience at Great Clips. I recently moved to Kingston and was a bit nervous about finding a new place to get my hair cut since I’m pretty particular, but this location did not disappoint. Sukh was my stylist, and she was incredibly attentive and kind throughout the entire appointment. We had a great conversation, and I never felt rushed at all, which I really appreciated. She took her time and made sure everything was just right. The haircut turned out really nice, and this is actually my second visit here—my first experience was just as good. It’s such a relief to have found a place I can trust. Highly recommend!

  I visited for a haircut. It was a worst experience for me. I show a photo of haircut for a reference and they cut my hair entirely differently from that pic and the didn’t clear up the cut hair from my body. Too bad!

  The current $9.99 promotion is the only reason to go. I wouldn't pay the original $24+ price because the barbers aren't experienced enough. It was fine for a $10 cut, but it’s not worth the full rate. I won’t be back once the sale ends.

  To start off with, today was my first time going to Great Clips and yes the coupon is what originally grabbed my interest to go there (but that’s a great way of trying a place out and gaining customers) on top of that, I was long overdue for a haircut. So I tried the “check in” online which worked out very well and I think is brilliant cause you’re not walking into a shop wondering if you’re going to get in right away or wait for a long time. So I arrived early which wasn’t a big deal cause I already knew how long it was going to be from my check in time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and she told me how long it would be which was no different than the check in time. When it was my turn I was lucky enough to get Emily who I’ve never met before but she really took the time with me and I really appreciate her for that! She wanted to know what I was looking for in a haircut so I told her and she made a suggestion that I’m very thankful for cause I walked out of there feeling way better than I did with my shag lol. She even took the time to show the different styles I could do with it. Im in my 40’s and in all my years I have literally never been so impressed with a hairdresser to take the time and do the cut she did. I will definitely be a returning customer for Emily! A big thank you to you Emily for your time and patience! You rock and I will see you when my hair grows back out! Thank you, Craig R.
