  Really frustrating experience!! The prices are cheap because of the promotion and new store opening, but the service was careless and rushed. The barber didn’t bother to fix my hair or beard properly. There was no attention to detail, and my hairline is uneven. I had to trim my beard again after coming back to home. Definitely not going back!! 👎

  DONT. BOTHER. Went in tonight for a cut, both stylists were working on customers so wasn’t too bothered by the lack of acknowledgement. Sat down and waited patiently for 15 of the 16 minute estimated wait time when someone walked in and the stylist dropped everything to “get them set up in the system” avoided eye contact with me and then went back to her customer - now there is someone ahead of me in line! I walked out - neither stylist gave a poop. If I could have rated this 0 stars I would have

  My experience was absolutely wonderful. Lexi did an amazing job , she is friendly, knowledgeable and 100% committed to giving you the haircut you want. I left feeling really good about the way my hair looked. The shop is clean and easy to locate. I have already recommended Lexi to my daughter's. The other staff are very friendly as well.I will definitely be a repeat customer.

  This was my first time going here and I have to say, what a great experience. Very clean and bright, the staff all seem very nice, you can't beat the price, and Ashley did an amazing job on my hair. I received less at my previous barber and paid more. No I was not asked to write this review. Yes I will be returning.

  New hair salon in kingston. This new location is absolutely phenomenal. Grand opening specials to take advantage of but in general, excellent pricing on a regular basis. I had the good fortune of being serviced by the dynamic hair stylist and manager named Emily. She is extremely personable, attentive, friendly, talented, and absolutely amazing! Look no further as this should be your new go-to salon. Unfortunately they do not do colours but Emily is a confident and seasoned stylist who performs magic on your hair. Best wash, cut, style that I have seen in years. Watch out competitors as Great Clips is here is Kingston. Try them, you will love them! 🤩
