  Very poor customer service at Sephora Lime Ridge Mall from manager Kayla. I purchased a $200 perfume for my sister visiting from Chicago, but she had an allergic reaction. We were only 4 days past the return policy and asked for a one-time exception. The manager, Kayla, refused immediately, showed no empathy, and communicated unprofessionally. Thankfully, another Sephora location in Ancaster handled the situation completely differently. Manager Ely was exceptional—empathetic, professional, and truly customer-focused. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue, provided a store credit, and turned a negative experience into a positive one. Because of her, we felt confident continuing to shop and even purchased additional products. This experience clearly shows how much customer service depends on the individual manager.

  Denise was the best help ever!! She went out of her way to double check product availability after I was told it was sold out by another employee and found the last product!! thank you so much

  The store clerk was trying to reduce the line by offering cash payers faster checkout at the corner desk but she didn’t apply the spring sale discount. I only checked after I left the mall so now I have to go to a different store to return and repurchase. They were very nice though.

  this location is very chaotic, frequently busy and it can be so hard to find a worker to help you out for questions. however, alexia (i believe is her name), was WONDERFUL to me. i have show up twice to try and rebuild my makeup kit, i just keep on asking so many questions and trying to understand how all the products would work. she was soo, SO kind and helpful and supportive throughout BOTH times i came. do something about this girl yall, a raise is so deserved. i will now be purchasing a $200 haul from alexia’s guidance and support!!!!

  Julian was AMAZING! From consult all the way to the end, he made sure I was happy every step of the way. It’s hard for me to explain what I want, but he knew even when I wasn’t being clear. I appreciated him being so patient!
