- WWWHOISSHE3 days ago1.0I walked into this Sephora, the location where I normally go, and normally I always spend money when I’m there. I stood around for quite a while until I finally asked for help. The employee said she was busy and promised to get someone else, but when I turned my head, I saw multiple workers just walking around, and it felt like I was invisible. The person who eventually helped me was the same employee who had seen me from the moment I walked in. When she gave me the foundation sample, it wasn’t even enough for a proper swatch. It was like she just wanted to squeeze out a tiny bit and leave, which made me feel like I could have just done the swatch myself in the store nor were they labeled so defeats the purpose !!! . The only reason I asked for the foundation was because I’m switching foundations, and as I mentioned, I always spend money here. Unfortunately, I’ll probably go to another location because this one is the absolute worst. From their unfriendly faces to their attitude, it’s just getting worse. You would think that because it’s the holidays, they would understand that we’re all there for a purpose, not just for fun. Overall, the service quality is lacking, and I’ll be looking for a different location from now on, NEVER AGAIN!

When I paid for my fragrance, I asked the cashier, who had been very kind to me, for her name.

My daughter went in for a foundation match could not find anyone to help, when someone finally decided to help, the Sephora worker told us where to find the foundation and and basically match it ourselves, no professionalism what’s so ever. Mind you there’s a couple of staff that works there that does an incredible job.

She was really sweet and friendly, and honestly made the whole shopping experience so much better.

Idk if it’s how Sephora treats their workers or just the people they hire but every staff member I’ve encountered here is extremely rude and not helpful. Will be avoiding this location at all costs. No one looks happy to work there and will treat you like you are wasting their time.
