  Danielle M was so pleasant and helpful! My friend and I were looking for perfumes to buy and she helped us find one for my friend to get that day and helped me find my old and new favourite scents. Because of the 10/10 customer service, I will be back when I’m ready to buy the two perfumes I saw. Thank you Danielle for such a great shopping experience, Godbless 🙏🏽🫶🏽

  I had a wonderful experience at Sephora this evening. I had the pleasure of interacting with Celeste and Maria. They were both extremely knowledgeable about skincare and made me feel comfortable with the product. They were friendly and uplifting and made feel like a woman (who is adjusting to her age). Thank you again. You both were awesome!!!!!

  I will always come out of my way to come to this location! Very friendly staff. Though they were quite busy I was happy to wait! Seems like they run a tight operation. The ladies even offered me a makeup service to try on all the products. I’ll definitely be back, maybe just at a quieter time. Thank you everyone at Sephora Lime Ridge!

  Last week, I visited Sephora for the first time and needed help choosing a product. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any staff available to assist me. Eventually, a staff member walked past, and I asked her to confirm whether the product I picked was the same one used in the demo. She told me yes and assured me I had selected the right product. When I got home and tried it, I realized it was not the same product that was used in the demo. I was disappointed, as I relied on the staff member’s guidance when making my purchase. As a first-time customer, this experience was frustrating and misleading. I hope Sephora can improve staff availability and product guidance so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
