  10/10 customer service! I was standing outside of the store, kind of nervous because I’m new to makeup and I had no idea where to start. But one of the workers approached me with a smile ( even though she wasn’t obligated to, because I was standing outside of the store). She was so attentive and welcoming, asking me if I had any questions and needed help with anything. She was so helpful and thorough with explaining the different kind of products and techniques. And as I walked through the store, all of the other employees met me with a welcoming smile as well. Love Mac!

  I want to share my experience with this location because it has always been nothing but positive. The ladies who work here are consistently sweet, welcoming, & genuinely helpful. I have never once felt uncomfortable or out of place it’s quite the opposite. I’m always greeted warmly & treated with kindness. They are always there to help, answer all my questions, & make the experience feel easy & inviting. Even on days when things may feel busy or overwhelming (because we’re all humans), they still manage to show patience & care. No one is perfect but their effort & positive attitude truly make a difference & often make my day better that’s why I continue to return & recommend this location.
