  I had the pleasure of getting my makeup done by Janet and she was incredible! She helped me pick out all the right shades and showed me how to apply each product. She was knowledgeable, very friendly and energetic. Everyone was really nice. I would highly recommend this store.

  Alex did my make-up for a wedding and it was a standout experience! Alex was so accommodating and once I showed her the inspo, she knew exactly what I needed to achieve the look. The result exceeded my expectations! You are amazing, Alex! Thank-you so much!

  I had the pleasure of having my makeup done by Joanne here at MAC. She is an incredibly talented and professional makeup artist who went above and beyond to make sure my look not only reflected my inspiration photos, but also complemented my features beautifully. Joanne took her time, paid attention to every detail, and continuously checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was completely happy with how everything was coming together. The final result exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful makeup artist!

  I visited the limeridge location 2 days in a row and even though my first experience was 5 star with Alex who was friendly and wonderful in every way possible and I would highly recommend her services my experience today was horrible with JoAnna who was rude disrespectful and arrogant When I went back today I said i was here yesterday with Alex ( who had suggested to wait to buy a certain product as i was away on vacation and my skin colour was darker then usual and even though i had used a certain foundation before but she said the shades are slightly different then before so its better if i can to wait and i said to her yes i think its better because i know u guys have a better sale black Friday anyways and i can come back because iam not in a rush) anyways i broke my compact powder so i went back today to buy it When i mentioned to JoAnna that i was here she very rudely said to me yes i saw u here yesterday and i said I was going to wait till Black Friday but i decided to buy it now and not wait for the better sale and she proceeded to say to me it’s on sale 25% and i said i know Alex told me yesterday but ur sale is 30 to 35% usually on black Friday and she smiled rudely and said to me THATS 5% and i said i know i always buy during that time of the year and she she rolled her eyes and looked me up and down and said we might NOT EVEN have a sale BLACK FRIDAY her expressions said it all You don’t have to use words to insult someone but i just have one thing to say to Mac management please see who you hire to be a face that represents you because to me who works hard for every penny i make 5% is a big deal and noone has a right to stand there and judge me for being a smart shopper I have always had a pleasant experience with the girls at mac in limeridge but JoAnna was rude and unprofessional because of her i left without buying anything
