    Today was my first day entering the Lush store at Limeridge Mall. We were immediately approached by an employee who had asked if we needed help. I said no, I just wanted to look . Unfortunately this nice lady stayed with me while I was looking at products. I just wanted to look on my own but she was helpful when I did have a question toward the end. The 2 products I bought ( Swell shampoo and Sea Spray) exceeded my expectations.

    Kenzie & Anthony go above & beyond with their customer service! 10/10! Their knowledge, genuine love for the product & care for customers is so apparent. We came in just looking out of curiosity, but ended up purchasing some products because of their help. Kenzie listens carefully to what your needs are & offers products accordingly. We also got some samples we’re excited to try, will definitely be back & telling all our friends about our positive experience here. Ps. Anthony’s hair, SO beautiful. Got the same shampoo bar he uses to try for myself.

    Had an amazing experience shopping at Lush today. Kenzie and Anthony were super helpful and informative! They helped me to pick out some hair products for my scalp. I have tried so many different things to help my dry irritated scalp to no avail. Kenzie had some great recommendation! And they even sent me home with samples so that I could test the products out before committing to buy.
