I had a haircut today, and the stylist seemed a bit rude or impolite when I asked to have it cut shorter than last time. On a previous visit, when I gave polite feedback for a small adjustment, the reaction also felt defensive — as if I was asking for something unreasonable. At a price of around $30, I expect a certain level of professionalism, attentiveness, and respect toward customer requests. If I just wanted a basic trim, I could easily go elsewhere for much less. I’ve chosen this salon before because of the quality and service, but this recent experience was disappointing. The haircut itself was good (not great), but the customer service was not satisfactory. I genuinely hope management takes this feedback constructively and invests in training staff to be more humble, attentive, and customer-focused — it truly makes all the difference.

I highly recommend the RYMAL location, Milana is the first person to cut my hair as short as I like it and still make it look stylish. I’ve seen many nice looking hair cuts leave this salon.
