- MRMaria RomanellNov 25, 20251.0Went in to get long layers. I asked for long layers and got short lopsided layers. I had a senior staff I believe her name was Edna. I was so upset about the extremely short layer on on the right side of my head especially. You can't fix that.. the manager said "she gave you what you asked which is long layers". I highly believe she knew she did a bad job and was trying to make me feel better knowing front of my 4 year old daughter especially. I kept calm and didn't make a scene. I went home to wash my hair to see if the layers were still short and noticeable especially on that right side, sure enough you could still tell. I feel aelf consicous and cant wear my hair down without being able to tell i got a bad haircut. I called head office for 2 weeks and left messages as only the owner of the location can give a refund. I finally got in touch with the owner Andrew Scott, who was extremely rude and told me his staff said I was given an extensive consultation and they offered an extended time to come back if I don't like the cut. Both being a lie, there was no extended consultation or an extension of time to come back, just the 7 days, which isn't helpful as the layers are too short and lopsided, so. Andrew then said I was just looking for a free haircut and that he doesn't believe his senior Staff would do a bad job at layers. He was so rude and I will never be back. They are Liars and I have been several times in the past with a bad haircut from the same senior lady, so I should have learned my lesson but I guess that's what I get for going to this kind of place that doesn't know how to cut hair.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
