They just stood around doing nothing even when it was clear I needed assistance. I had to approach the same person multiple times asking for help, and all she said was, “Whatever is there, we only have that,” instead of helping me find something similar in shade or suggesting alternatives. Very poor customer service. Sephora employees are much more knowledgeable and attentive in comparison.

There’s just one girl who’s helpful rest everyone is scornful for no reason. I guess all 5 star ratings are biased and fake. Honestly would love to know if there’s another location for this store.

Loved shopping here and great staff. Can’t wait for more offers on luxury branded cosmetics. Highly recommended to shop and restock makeup from here. Just WOW :)
