This level of service is completely unacceptable. Your store really needs to provide proper training for your staff.

- EMEliza MirDec 30, 20251.0This was a very disappointing shopping experience, mainly due to the attitude and professionalism of the sales associate Eleanor. I simply asked whether there were any new body lotions available. From the beginning, Eleanor showed clear impatience and repeatedly dismissed my request by saying she “couldn’t find it right now,” without making any effort to assist. I politely mentioned that she did not appear busy at the moment and asked if she could check the drawer, but she remained unwilling and made it feel as though a basic customer inquiry was an inconvenience to her. Eventually, I stopped asking and proceeded to checkout. Surprisingly, while processing my payment, Eleanor questioned why I was “forcing” her to look for products. Assisting customers in locating items is a fundamental responsibility of a sales role, so this response was quite inappropriate. She also told me earlier, “If you don’t like it, you don’t have to buy it.” Overall, the interaction gave the impression of being unreasonably met with attitude and personal frustration, rather than professional service. At the time, there were only three groups of customers in the store, including my friend and me (a total of six people), and no other customers were requesting assistance. The store was clearly not busy. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reviews staff service standards, as experiences like this significantly damage customer trust and the store’s overall image.
