  Chiara was incredible and so sweet! she made my experience so much better and was very knowledgeable! if you go into sephora definitely look for her

  I recently visited Sephora and had a really disappointing experience with one of the cashiers. When I tried to explain my issue, the cashier didn’t even take the time to listen or help. Their attitude was rude and dismissive the entire time.

  @sephoracanada why is it ok for people to make purchases using my information? Isn't that fraud? I called the store in Guelph hamilton whose number showed up in the email and no one was willing to help me. This is why people don't want to give you their personal info for you turn around and sell it. Remove my info and fix this scam that you have going on!!!!

  Booked glam makeup application had a horrible experience I arrived before my appointment at 1:30 excited for my makeup left after 4:30 unhappy and late ,they realized how much I was mistreated and only charged me 30$ but my experience was so bad so never again, my makeup artist was asking me for feedback all the time so I did tell her what to do and not to do the colors that I like and she was patient I have hooded eyes and know what I like but at some point after she applied winged I liner that looked to me uneven and curved around the hood she decided to excuse herself and called the manager although I said it’s going to be ok with the lashes, the manager came and took the makeup off I was at that point at the store for more than an hour and started all over without asking me what I like literally pushing my head back so much that I had a neck spam she was so rough and did whatever she liked not what I have asked, all the colors I didn’t want and all the shimmers I didn’t want and just said trust me I left with an outdated makeup look crying and late for my event

  I've been to my fair shares of Sephora's all over Canada but today was my first time at this location. The greeter at the front was lovely and helpful but no one else even acknowledged my existence. I saw another review on here from a week ago saying they were approached by 5 different people so maybe they were told to tone it back but I felt like I was in their way the whole time. The cashier wanted to be anywhere but at work, which is fair given the country stayed up til 3am watching the world series but it wouldn't hurt her to pretend to like her job. She asked me 3 times if anyone helped me to which I responded "no" all 3 times. If I had 3 words for this visit I'd give it: apathy (at its finest), independence (which I want! But at least say hi to me if I pass you and smile) and lastly, energy lacking (everyone seemed so meh) but I heard 3 people say "I'm going on break" in the ten minutes I was in the store so at least everyone's getting their breaks :) I tried to email the store instead of posting it online but didn't have the option ...I don't like to leave bad reviews but left here wanting to not come back to this location and felt someone should know. 10/10 to the greeter at the front though!
