  My experience today was very positive — I wish I got the girls name , I forget but she’s a young Hispanic woman, she was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! She was definitely a great store rep!

  I don’t wear a lot of makeup—usually just liquid foundation and powder, mascara, and lipstick. I’d been using the same foundation for over 30 years, but recently it stopped giving me the coverage I needed. After turning 50 this year, I decided it was time to invest in something better. I visited Sephora a couple of times over the past few weeks and tried two different foundations, but neither matched my skin properly once I got home. Today, I spent about 15 minutes with Lena, and the experience was completely different. Lena was amazing. She asked all the right questions, really listened to my concerns, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. I have sensitive skin and break out easily, so I wanted something that would work for that while still feeling light and natural—not heavy or overdone. She found the perfect match for my skin tone and color and was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the consultation. Thank you, Lena, for your professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. If anyone is looking for expert advice and a truly thoughtful consultation, I highly recommend seeing Lena.

  I shop here once every couple of months...great location most of the ladies are very nice but Veronica is my favourite she's extremely knowlegable, super friendly & really knows a lot about makeup just like me which makes my shopping experience here a lot more enjoyable...

  Ammal was so bubbly and helpful! She listened attentively to my likes and dislikes based on former products and was able to recommend some amazing new staples for me including perfume, everyday lip liners and glosses and a super hydrating moisturizer! Thank you so much Ammal for the kindness and help! I will be coming back!
