    I visited the Lush location in Stone Road Mall in Guelph Ontario today (August 26, 2025) at 10am and received remarkable customer service from the lone staff working. I didn’t get her name, but she had red/burgundy hair! I went into the store right at open with my three-year-old daughter, and she immediately greeted us with a warm welcome and a big smile. She was incredibly helpful throughout our probably 30 minutes spent wandering the store, and it was happy to let my excited three-year-old smell nearly every product :-) she gave us some great product recommendations, let my daughter put the bath bomb in the bowl at the front for her, was happy to put the products we were buying at the front cash for us so I didn’t have to carry them around while we browsed, and was incredibly helpful and informative while not being pushy for sales. It seems like getting genuinely great customer service from someone who was very knowledgable and clearly passionate about what they do is rare these days so she deserves to be acknowledged!!

    The staff at this location are so AWESOME! I love visiting LUSH and my daughter loves that a store gives out samples. The variety of gifts for people of all ages, truly makes gift giving super easy!
