  I had a great experience being helped by Kanika. She was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. What stood out the most was her professionalism and genuine willingness to help, without making anything feel rushed or pressured. Customer service like this is rare.

  Needed to freshen up my mac makeup collection, and I went in today and asked if they still offered free makeup instructions, if actually purchasing product - and was told no - that now a 20% discount was applied to what is actually purchased when getting makeup instructions, but the starting price is $50++ oh well. Guess I need to move on from my 20 years plus using Mac.

  Came in looking for something special for my mother and sister, and had a great experience. Kanika was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. She quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested the perfect shades without making the process feel rushed. Really appreciated her attention to detail and friendly approach. I’d definitely visit the store again!

  If anyone in management is reading this, please give Anju a promotion! The other day, I casually walked into the store to ask about their suggestions for a new shade after the Studio Fix changes. I wasn't even planning on buying any Mac products that day. I left with not only a PERFECT match, but also with a make-up brush. It is worth mentioning that I have NEVER used a make-up brush. I always just used the sponge that came with the compact! I am not make-up savvy AT ALL. The knowledge, professionalism, and care I received from Anju was far better than what I could ever express in this post. Even if I do not see her again, I will continue to support this location simply out of appreciation out of respect for whoever hired her.
