My favourite fragrance has been discontinued, and Josh was able to find similar and even better than the one I was originally looking for. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and patient, helping me find my favourite luxurious scent. I will definitely be coming back. 💖

I brought back several items that I i received as gifts and were still unused in their original packaging. Despite this, the manager repeatedly questioned me in a confrontational and inappropriate way, asking things like why I was returning the items and how I could “not like” them. His tone felt more like interrogation than customer service, which made the situation unnecessarily stressful. What was most disappointing was how rude and unprofessional the interaction felt overall. Instead of handling the return smoothly and respectfully, I felt judged and uncomfortable throughout the process. The experience left me with the impression of bias in how I was treated. Lush promotes a welcoming and inclusive environment, but this interaction did not reflect those values at all.

The fact this was the shop she chose while the lego store was directly across should speak volumes. Murisol, who helped us, was an absolute delight.
