  If anyone in management is reading this, please give Anju a promotion! The other day, I casually walked into the store to ask about their suggestions for a new shade after the Studio Fix changes. I wasn't even planning on buying any Mac products that day. I left with not only a PERFECT match, but also with a make-up brush. It is worth mentioning that I have NEVER used a make-up brush. I always just used the sponge that came with the compact! I am not make-up savvy AT ALL. The knowledge, professionalism, and care I received from Anju was far better than what I could ever express in this post. Even if I do not see her again, I will continue to support this location simply out of appreciation out of respect for whoever hired her.

  My eyebrow gel colour was out, so Kelly helped me find a better colour. She’s an older gal like myself and she knew exactly what was going to be best for my greying brows…that’s the kind of experienced professional friendly service you get from real people . The human touch is still better than any online chat “assistant”…thanx Kelly!

  Terrible service, came in to do an exchange for a gift I received during the holidays. Wasn’t greeted until I got to the lineup. I had explained to the cashier I wanted to exchange and she informed me there was a remaining amount I had I could use in store but I told her I’d prefer to get store credit to browse another time. She dismissed exactly what I said and returned the amount to the card of the person who gifted me the item and I told her that wasn’t what I wanted. She replied “well, you can contact customer service to fix this”, I work in customer service as well and I know for sure that isn’t how you solve an issue that you created for the customer. Store credit is not hard to return and the fact she had the audacity to tell me that the person who gifted me the item wouldn’t see the refund amount… like do we understand it shows on a banking statement?? Clearly not. It’s outrageous she made no attempt to fix the issue and simply directed me to customer service. This location needs some serious POS system training and empathy to actually rectify mistakes and not leave it to customer to fix their mistake, now I have to wait until customer service reopens in the new year.
