    If you have sensitive skin stay away from their products! Extremely irritating to skin. My 7 year old daughter had a reaction to their bath bombs. They smell good but they are extremely irritating. I have tried it to see if it's just her, but I had the same problem and I do not have sensitive skin. Will not be buying Lush products and do not recommend for kids. Might look pretty and smell good but not a good fit for children/ teenagers.

    I had a wonderful experience shopping in this store. Tyler was incredibly knowledgeable and made my visit even better. I told him I wasn’t interested in floral scents, and he immediately knew exactly what to recommend. He helped me find great options and showed me products I wouldn’t have even looked at otherwise. His attention and expertise made the experience truly enjoyable. Thanks, Tyler — I will definitely be back!

    I wanted to leave a review for Anna & Tyler at The Sherway Gardens location. The customer service I received was definitely 5 stars. They were informative, helpful and super kind. Great job to the entire team.

    Daniella the sales associate was amazing. I am writing this as I am walking out of the store. She stated she’s only seasonal but the service she provided was amazing. I told everyone to give her a raise so the manager who was also very amazing came over and gave me the QR code to scan to give my review. I honestly appreciate good service when I come shopping, especially during these times because it is very rare.
