- RRRichardMar 2, 20261.0Show up at 10:30am as hours say store is open at 10 and manager is just unlocking the doors walking into the store as I asked “are you open now?” she says not till 11. Come back at 11 and manager has food all over her face and in her hair like she just rolled out of bed. When I asked the other employee who was very kind if they open at 10 or 11 she says it varies because of staff shortage. The manager piped up and said Google hours are wrong and proper hours are listed on the website, yet the website specific to the store also lists 10am. Won’t be back.
- AKAmna KhanFeb 26, 20245.0I was so pleased by the service here i was helped by saima who was so attentive and listened to all my concerns i have extremely curly hair and she assisted me and walked through so many different options for my hair type. I felt she really provided a one on one consultation which was such a lovely experience. She spent a lot of time explaining the products to me which was super refreshing. She was also extremely courteous and kind especially because i asksed so many questions she took her time and was so patient with explaining the science of aveeda to me! As someone skeptical of hair products i was really glad for saimas level of customer service and care
