  such a great branch! They are always ready with really great advice. Absolutely no sales pressure at all. I have learned so much from these ladies! They have never led me wrong! Thrilled this is in our town and that the staff are so warm and friendly and so knowledgable!

  I went in for the first time and was guided to the perfect product for my needs. I came back, with my teen, for a make up service with Diana. She was very helpful, kind, and encouraging. She answered all our questions and took the time to explain how the products work. She is knowledgeable and did a great job!

  First time coming to the Benefit Brow Bar for an eyebrow wax and Jayla was amazing! She did a great job and was super friendly and a perfectionist when it came to making sure my eyebrows looked good!

  I wanted to say a big thank you to Jayla at the benefit brow bar in Sephora She did such an amazing job on my eyebrows ( wax and tint) and my upper lip . Not only does she do an amazing job on my eyebrows , she is a very kind , sweet and smart girl. Ladies please go see her for the best brows in chatham . Sincerely Lisa

  Worst experience. Nobody helped or asked if I need help. Olehenriksen serum was on sale for 42 but they charged me 64.40! When I asked they shut me down and I end up paying 64.40.
