- CCCB5 days ago1.0Most employees are helpful I was going here once a week at least — unfortunately due to the attitude and blatant rudeness of one, who then said nasty things about me as I was an ear shot away I will not be returning to this location and will be going to Windsor instead. I actually was so uncomfortable and embarrassed I just left the store even though I had went to make some purchases. Went all the way to Windsor instead. This was a disappointing experience since I had really liked the other employees every time I went in and enjoyed going up until now.

They just push their new products on you and if you don’t go wanting to spend $500+ they don’t want to help you or care about you. I often spend quite a bit there on just my regular stuff but bc I am not open to their selling tactics ( im nice but firm,I’m not made of money) they don’t care about me when I walk in there. Very unprofessional they need to stop pushing sales and just let people be. You can’t sell me anything unless I want it, so I’m not very welcomed when I go in there. Please do better or most will just end up shopping online.
