  They profiled my husband and I while we were shopping. It’s Sunday during a sales event. We went in relaxed clothes after church. Trying to make it less obvious, acting like you’re trying to “help” us but really you’re profiling us=disgusting. And when we went to put back my stuff, they INSISTED we give it to them to put back. I guess hoodies, a head wrap, and skin colour = profiling. Still in this day. Disgusting behaviour and fake “nice” sales …

  I had such a great experience shopping at Sephora thanks to Sierra! She took the time to help me find my foundation shade, a moisturizer, and a great hair mask for my dry winter hair. She made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was looking for. I left feeling so much more confident with the right products, and I love every recommendation she gave me. Thank you, Sierra, for the amazing customer service!

  Shout out to Bushra and all the lovely ladies at the store for making me feel at ease and supporting me (I was 36 weeks pregnant then). I had MUA Bushra for a full face glam look for my maternity shoot, and she did an amazing job! My husband got some light make up done by her as well and he looked so fresh during the shoot. Some photos for reference, I didn't need a touch up at all throughout the shoot!
