  My return of a serum bottle was not accepted within the return policy because ‘it has been used more than 10%’. But the return policy is 30 days. This serum broke me out. How can someone know how the skincare is going to perform on their skin if they don’t use it 2-3 times? How can a person keep a product for 30 days but not use it more than 10%? The manager was rude and even though they said sorry multiple times, they didn’t mean it. I’ve been a Sephora customer for 11 years but this incident will make me think twice before purchasing.

  Macy helped me find the perfect foundation shade, which I have always struggled with, and she recommended a brand that would work best for what I was looking for. I put the product to the test today and I am so impressed with the results! Thank you so much Macy for all your help! I have come to this store many times now, and I consistently find most of the staff to be welcoming and super helpful. Chantel and Megan have been really helpful in the past too. I would absolutely recommend this location!

  I usually shop at the Sephora store in Cambridge and have spent plenty of money here over the years, both in-store and online. However, today’s experience was absolutely unacceptable. I came in with my son to pick up a lipstick. One staff member asked if I needed help, which was fine, but shortly after, while I was on a quick phone call, another staff member began following me around the store. It was humiliating, insulting, and completely unnecessary. I should be able to shop in peace without being treated with suspicion or judged based on what I’m wearing or how I look. This behavior made me so uncomfortable that I stopped shopping altogether and just left with the little I had already picked up. Shame on the staff for treating paying customers this way. Sephora needs to do better — this was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful.
