    April 12th I had the pleasure of getting my brow, upper lip waxed and my eye brows tinted. I was greeted when I walked in and promotions were mentioned to me. I had Alyssa Z do the waxing and eye brow tint. She was professional, confident and explained the steps as she performed the services. I highly recommend visiting Alyssa at the brow bar.

    Terrible experience at Sephora Mapleview. Tried to return a product that didn’t work, just one day past the 30-day window, and the staff were unbelievably rude and dismissive. No effort to help, no basic courtesy—just attitude. Completely unacceptable customer service. Never going back.

    This location is so dirty, and unorganized. The staff just harass you by following you in every aisle you go to, and then talk on their head pieces to each other about who looks sketchy and who doesn’t. The cross dresser Spanish man who wears bold makeup is the worst for it. I felt super uncomfortable, and was gojng to purchase my usual Dennis Gross skin care and the new Le Neige lip care but put it back after feeling extremely overwhelmed, harassed and judged in the store. Even the old ones who work there are the same. Just awful, I will never return to this location and stick to Ancaster where it’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. I miss the old days of Sephora.

    Today an employee rammed my 7 year old out of the way in the perfume section. She had a group of customers following her and when I scooted my daughter out of the way and said "excuse me" - she continued to shove her out of the way with her body. I said excuse me again and gave her eyes of hell and put down all of the products I was going to buy (Tarte clay foundation, Dior lip oil, new blush). She said "Oh, excuse me". This has happened with Sephora employees to myself a few times; while helping a customer they could care less about a different consumer looking at the same products and literally shove you to the side like you're not there. It lacks any awareness and lacks the quality service Sephora claims they provide. There needs to be more training in the customer service department. They lack any sense of sincerety, awareness, basic customer service. And not only to the customer they are serving. But to each customer in the store. Either way shoving my 7 year old out of the way to please another customer is wrong. She loved this place until today. She loves seeing the stuff Salish has on her channel. Not anymore.
