Grace F. absolutely killed my graduation look today! I was nervous about coming back since I had been here previously before with a different artist but we were not on the same page about the look and I was up-charged in any way possible. Despite my lack of confidence with using makeup, Grace was super helpful in explaining to me how each product works and was consistently asking if I was happy with the look so far, and if I would like anything changed. I never felt pressured to feel a certain way, and the appointment flew by! She matched my vision perfectly! I had such a great time and I’m glad I got assigned to Grace today! Highly recommend her as an artist!!

I had such a wonderful experience during my visit to Sephora! My makeup artist, Grace, did an absolutely amazing job. The fine details she enhanced on my face were exceptional; her artistry, precision, and eye for beauty truly impressed me. On top of that, her friendly and warm personality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I’m so grateful for her professionalism and kindness.
The rest of the staff were also incredible, so accommodating, attentive, and cheerful. Even though it was early in the morning, everyone was full of energy, smiles, and positivity. Their level of customer service went above and beyond what I expected.
It’s rare to walk into a store and feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish, but Sephora definitely delivered that kind of atmosphere. Thank you, Grace, and the entire team, for such a great start to my day! I’ll definitely be back.

I was at the big event for members with my daughter, (Nov. 8th) and we were both so excited. She found what she wanted, and overall it was a wonderful experience. However, there was one disappointing moment. We couldn’t find any primers, so I asked one of the associates for help. She kindly directed me to the Armani representative.
When I asked the Armani representative if we could have a small sample to try before purchasing the primer, she said no and walked away. My daughter and I felt very embarrassed , it seemed like she thought we were asking for something inappropriate. We had already made our purchases and were simply hoping to test the Armani primer before buying it.
We usually have such positive experiences at your store , we visit often because my daughter loves it there. This was unexpected and left us feeling quite uncomfortable. I hope no one is ever treated like that in front of their daughter.
I just wanted to share this feedback because we truly enjoy your store and hope that others don’t have a similar experience.

Terrible service regarding product returns, I was told by an employee at Burlington Sephora I was fine returning items I was purchasing for Christmas purchases within 60 days of purchase date, I am at 34 days of purchase date. Then I spoke to a manager, she says her name is Kitty, she told me a beauty advisor would never tell me that, and for me to regift my purchase, SERIOUSLY!! they clearly need to train their employees to not lie to the clients that walk in their door to push products. Do they work on commission?? Do they work on pushing products?? Clearly, the beauty advisor that was talking to me had no clue of Sephora’s return policy and just didn’t give a dam regarding me having issues with my purchases! TERRIBLE SERVICE I am a business owner myself and I would never treat anyone this way, I would definitely rectify the situation that is at hand, especially regarding an employee misinforming a client of their policies.

Extremely disappointing experience at Sephora Burlington. I had an awful experience that honestly could have cost me my money if I hadn’t spoken up for myself. I went in to buy Olaplex, and when I tapped my Scotiabank debit card, the payment machine froze. The cashier called the manager, who said the transaction didn’t go through because no receipt printed.
But the charge did go through on my end immediately — the money left my account and it wasn’t pending. The assistant manager was incredibly rude and dismissive, insisting it was “pending” and that I should just leave, saying it would come back in a few days. She even told me I could just pay again if I wanted the product.
If I had listened and walked out, I would have been out both the money and the product, because the payment clearly processed. After I pushed back and asked to speak to another manager, she went to the back and came out saying she’d give me the item but refused to give me a receipt or any Beauty Insider points.
I left feeling completely disrespected and shocked at how poorly it was handled. No customer should have to argue just to avoid losing their own money over a machine error. This store seriously needs better management and proper training on how to handle payment issues. If this happens to you please advocate for yourself because I highly doubt that they’d even believe me if I went back 4-5 business days later seeing if it did go through and dealing with the bank.
