I work in retail and I know how important is to listen to customers and understand them. Today I did not felt this from their makeup artist and other staff. Very poor customer service. It doesn’t matter we have what customers need or not as long as we try to help and care is good. Unfortunately in this location I did not see it and this made me sad. First time attending an event in brantford and will always remember this bad experience 😞

The first visit was for summer wedding guest Makeup to compliment my dress. The second visit was for some dramatic makeup for a witch themed costume party/fundraiser. On both occasions I quite literally cried tears of joy because of the results. Josh is also patient, and professional & taught me some great techniques for makeup application. The products he recco’d (but didn’t push) have been a huge game changer for me… ahem… huda colour corrector for under eyes!!! Umm HELLO My only wish is I had more occasions to go to, to have Josh do my makeup… until next time!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Long story short short, because my last product went to garbage (paid 250$) i asked for a sample to try at home, the girl pleasantly game for what I have asked in the bag, at home i opened i figured out that the sample can be only applied only on little Barbie dal face, i was not even able to take it out of the container. Thats the service of Sephora.
