    The displays were in an unacceptable condition and clearly had not been cleaned for customer testing. Selection was extremely limited, and I was ignored by staff for the entire thirty minutes I spent in the store.

    Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with the store manager Viviane. I came in looking for The Sephora pencil sharpener for my Charlotte Tilbury lip cheat. An employee recorded the Ilia sharpener (Not knowing it was made specifically for a different lip liner that wasn’t universal). I purchased the product and left and used it. It destroyed my mini lip Liner. I promptly returned to the store and spoke with Vivian and she said that while they made a mistake, there was nothing she could do to replace the destroyed Product because they didn’t sell that size by itself (only in a kit). I asked for a discount instead to the re-buy the product. Vivian, the store manager said no. Vivian’s reaction was unprofessional, and she said, “I’ve been deling with you” all day in regard to some questions I had about another product. A customer asking questions about a product that interests them is part of their role. What’s the most frustrating about this is that she admitted that they made a mistake and said that there was nothing she could do to remediate the issue that was created that resulted in a destroyed product.
