I checked great clip website and it says brantford location is participating in the promotion. I called customer service same day and was told that i am going to get a call within 24 hours and its monday no call at all. I know $ 3 wont make me rich but its very unprofessional. Please make sure about it..
- VSVishwa ShahJan 11, 20261.0I came here with my siblings to get a haircut. I had a coupon saying the haircut was $11.99 but they charged me $16.99! The coupon is on their websit, app, and facebook. Also the hairstylist told me that it only included a trim but on the coupon it said I get a new haircut. Do not go here with a coupon it's always a SCAM!! I WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN! The annoying owner decided that she doesn't approve of this coupon but it clearly said that the location was participating in the deal. I HATS THIS PLACE! It's very frustrating.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
