On board price mentioned for shampoo is $10 when we about to checked in, the lady mentioned that price has been increased for long hair that is $22. Why it has not been clearly mentioned on the board. For slight long hair need to pay 12$ more it is completely unacceptable. Be mindful and careful next time. Please make sure to mention on board along with hair length price, so easy for the customers to take decision. If rules are changed update it immediately. Hard for customers to rely on it.

The stylist, Taylor ( store manager as well) was immediately impatient and demonstrated zero tolerance for working with a young child. The stylist spoke very rudely to my three-year-old daughter, causing her significant distress and making the situation stressful and upsetting for both of us. A basic requirement of a child-friendly service is patience and warmth, neither of which was present. More concerningly, I felt the stylist’s tone, demeaning , and specific remarks directed toward her were highly discriminatory. The manner in which my daughter was spoken to was unprofessional and felt intentionally targeted. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. Due to the hostile environment created by the stylist’s lack of patience and disrespectful communication with my three years old daughter, we decided to leave the salon immediately without a haircut. I urge the management to seriously address issues of both basic customer service and staff training regarding diversity and respect. I would strongly warn other parents, especially parents of minority groups, to avoid this establishment.
