  I had a really disappointing experience at Sephora today. I initially approached one associate for help and was referred to another staff member to find my foundation shade. While she did start assisting me, when I mentioned that I was ready to purchase and just needed confirmation of my shade, she told me she had to help someone else and suggested I find it myself. I also asked for help with a concealer shade, but again was told she was busy. However, shortly after, I noticed her standing around and not actively assisting anyone. When I approached her again later, she seemed visibly unwilling to help and even made expressions that made me feel uncomfortable asking for assistance. As a customer, I expect basic support—especially in a store where shade matching is an important part of the experience. This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service I received was very poor, and it made my visit frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made in how customers are treated.

  Cashier Jeeya gave us the worst attitude and service super slow and arrogant not sure why these people decide to Get a job in customer service when they cant even fake a smile while servicing. Definitely ruined the experience of shopping for makeup my friend with her ugly attitude.

  This store has the worst customer service. Not sure why management is not doing a full revamp - re hire experience customer service representative that actually wants to “work” and is appreciative of having a job !!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora Brampton! I booked my makeup for a special occasion, and although I ran into a few issues and had to rebook, the team handled everything with so much care and professionalism. The makeup artist was incredibly talented and really listened to what I wanted, and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I still had a smooth, enjoyable experience. After a previous experience elsewhere that left me feeling really disappointed, I was honestly a bit nervous—but they completely turned that around for me. I felt confident, beautiful, and truly taken care of. Thank you again to the amazing team for your kindness and effort. I’ll definitely be back! 💕

  Really amazing service from Anna! Anna is super friendly and polite and very patient. She helped me pick out a foundation and I love it so much and she did a good job with shading matching!
