- YSyana saraiya2 days ago1.0I went to great clips at 4pm today. Laura helped me with the cutting. She cut uneven length of my hair. Not only that I showed her a reference for my curtain bangs and she cut it a lot shorter than the reference. She was smoking something when I entered the place and I think that really helped in messing up my haircut. I was not at all satisfied with the service.

They were super friendly, listened to exactly what we wanted and made us feel really comfortable the whole time. All three of us walked out loving our hair 😍 Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a good cut and great service!

They gave my daughters the most beautiful hair trims, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, patient, and incredibly kind with the girls. They made them feel comfortable and confident, and really took the time to listen to what we wanted. The cuts turned out absolutely perfect — clean, fresh, and exactly how we envisioned. It’s not always easy finding stylists who are both skilled and great with kids, but Laura and Belle truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
