- AMAbhi M2 days ago2.0I was informed about special offers at the time of booking. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist told me there were no offers available. I tried calling the same number I had used to book, but no one answered, and I didn’t receive a callback. It felt like my calls were being deliberately ignored. I’m giving 2 stars only because the lady who performed the HydraFacial did a good job and was professional. Additionally, the payment process was inconvenient. They did not accept cash, and there were issues processing my card via tap or swipe. I was also uncomfortable with the requirement to store my credit card details in their system instead of simply allowing a straightforward tap payment. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

Asmara was very accommodating with my availability when booking, making the process completely stress-free. During my appointment, she was extremely professional, gentle, and took the time to answer all of my questions both before and after the treatment. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon! :)

I always feel very welcomed and comfortable when I am there. She does an amazing job. I’ve also gotten a facial done by Madge and she did an excellent job, she was very kind and knowledgeable as well. Overall the service is always great here!
