  Terrible service. For a new location you’d think they’d go well beyond and above to want repeat clients. Thank God there’s still BBC. As a manager myself…it’s one thing to have product knowledge, it’s another to actually have customer service and not make your clients feel racially profiled or uncomfortable. Please hire better staff including the manager as they would be a reflection of these behaviours. Extremely disappointing

  This is the worst sephora I have been too. Does not even feel like Sephora, the vibe is missing. Staff is super rude… Was not even clean but given the weather that can be left alone… may not go there again but it is nearest location

  Employee Name: Manu I have many issues with my skin starting from dryness to discolouration to acne and fine lines. I am not confident with my appearance since I have not aged well. I went into Sephora to ask some questions regarding makeup and skin care. I really don't know much or where to start. Manu was very patient with all my questions and lack of knowledge. Manu addressed all my concerns with great tips. I left the store feeling confident with the information provided. Feeling confident that I can look great again. This is the 2nd time in that location and both experiences were great but this time was awesome. Thank you!

  The worst staff. I was having online pickup and I reached the store. The main door was locked so I called them and lady attended a call and I told her about my pickup and she asked me to wait outside door she is coming and hung up call and I waited about about 10 minutes in freezing weather it was -22 feel like and then I called again after 10 minutes and she simply said we are closed. The staff need to taught that its not a nice thing to keep someone wait in freezing weather its not funny at all.

  It was my second or third time going to this Sephora location since it’s so close to where I live, but I never bought anything. So this time, I came to find a new lip liner since the ones that I have are too pink and warm toned. I don’t remember her name but an employee was very helpful in finding the perfect lip liner for me! She gave me a lot of options including Sephora collection, Fenty, ABH and Makeup Forever, all in different shades that I might like. I chose Frappuccino (number 12) from Sephora collection and it’s perfect on me! I want to thank this employee for their help! And I’ll definitely come back to restock on the lip liner!
