  It was my second or third time going to this Sephora location since it’s so close to where I live, but I never bought anything. So this time, I came to find a new lip liner since the ones that I have are too pink and warm toned. I don’t remember her name but an employee was very helpful in finding the perfect lip liner for me! She gave me a lot of options including Sephora collection, Fenty, ABH and Makeup Forever, all in different shades that I might like. I chose Frappuccino (number 12) from Sephora collection and it’s perfect on me! I want to thank this employee for their help! And I’ll definitely come back to restock on the lip liner!

  Don't go to this location, every single staff member acts like they don't have time for you. I went in and knew exactly what I needed. I needed someone to open the drawer to get the product, I was supposed to be in and out. I waited for 30 min, asked for help and no one could help me. Worst management of employees

  Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my order #743315007073. I placed an order for two perfumes. Unfortunately, one of the items I received was incorrect, and for the second perfume, I had to return it due to a severe allergic reaction. Despite returning the item as instructed, I have not received my refund. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the return did not meet the policy requirements and was told that the item was not found in the return box, which is completely incorrect. This situation is extremely frustrating and unfair. At this point: • I do not have the returned item • I have not received my refund • I also did not receive any resolution for the incorrect item sent to me It is unacceptable to deny a refund after a proper return has been made. I followed all the return instructions and acted in good faith. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund for the returned item, along with a proper resolution for the incorrect product that was delivered. Please treat this issue as urgent and respond as soon as possible with a clear solution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Ajay

  I went to purchase a The Ordinary lip exfoliant. I was in the line up, I put the item on one of the mini product shelves at check out and bent down to tie my shoe. The BIG caucasian employee comes running from behind me pretending she looking at stuff. But staring right at me, my hands and jacket (which was open) Now, I’m a larger black woman in a winter coat on because it’s January!! The product is $12 and I'm in my late 30s did she think I was goning to put it in my shoe?? Now be serious - would risk my life and freedom to steal a $12 product HELL NO. I was in the line up to PAY and I didn't even look around because I hate the subpar customer service and blatant discrimination at this location! Again, I was in the line up to PAY so what was I going to buy when I got to the register?!? AIR?? The racism is so annoying, I’m never going back to this location ever again! I'll drive to square 1. This was on Jan 2nd 2026!

  I wanted a Kayali perfume (Boujee Marshmallow) but wanted the mini. Went a few days ago and I was told it was sold out. Yesterday when I went back the shelf was looking the same (bare), but I asked again. Dani went in the back and came back out with a mini and said (I knew I saw one back there somewhere). Truly appreciate her taking the time to find it for me and go above and beyond. Will definitely be back 😊
