  Overall a great experience! I was able to purchase everything that I needed and get matched correctly. The brow bar is amazing. Seda was very informative and precise with her mapping and tinting. I will for sure be coming back. 10/10 costumer service and experience.

  I had the best experience at Sephora thanks to Nadia! I’m still figuring out what works best for my skin and makeup routine, and Nadia went above and beyond to help me. She didn’t just recommend random products. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked great questions about my skin type, and helped me find shades that actually match (which never happens for me!). What stood out most was how genuine she was she wasn’t pushy at all, just super knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She even gave me some quick application tips that completely changed how my foundation looks. I left feeling confident, happy, and excited to try everything out. If you ever go to Sephora, ask for Nadia! she’s a total gem and honestly made my whole day

  Came to this new location and spent well over $1K only to be treated disrespectfully by one particular employee, Shirley. She was chasing me around the store and checking my basket multiple times which is very uncomfortable when someone is here to look at new products with minimal cosmetic experience. She was giving me nasty glances when I was testing products. Worst customer service ever. Not coming back to this location 😢

  I wish i had negative stars to give to employees working here.We went to try this new location as i was so excited because trinity is so near to our house.i was waiting for someone to come and help me to match a shade but unfortunately everyone was busy so we waited for around half an hour for someone to come and help us . I found a girl there helping someone and i asked her if she (Harkiran) can come and help me .She politely told me to go to Haus labs station and wait there.We waited there 40 mins and nobody came.So i was checking if she was free but she was busy with someone there who came after us .I was like okay that is fine she would come after that .Another employee passed us and i told her about it and she was like okay wait i will come back.I waited there for another 20 mins but she didn’t came back.Then i finally went to the previous employee (Harkiran) .She was totally ignoring us.I felt so bad as i am been working in customer service for 10 years and never treated someone like that.I understand location was busy but if you are busy just let the customer know so they don’t waste their time and go to somewhere else. As a customer service representative ,you must value customer’s time.I am not disappointed because she didn’t help me, I am disappointed that i just wasted 1 hour 30 mins there for nothing.I came back and ordered online.it took only few seconds.i just needed help with shade match .Thats it.

  It’s nice having a local Sephora closeby finally we have a location around here. it was long overdue thx for opening up this store I can’t wait to check out this location now I am coming here instead of going to bramalea or heartland this way more convienient I can’t wait to give you a visit and support this store so excited congratulations 🥳 on the new opening wishing you all the best with your new business .
