    I went to the store to pick up and deliver an order from Sephora. A staff member named ‘Aastha ‘assisted me in locating the order with great professionalism, grace, and a warm smile. She supported me throughout the entire process and was extremely helpful and humble. She truly performs her role exceptionally well and is a valuable asset to the team.

    I am a very regular Sephora customer and a Rouge member. During a recent visit, I selected my items and went to checkout. Before paying, I remembered I had a few vouchers and asked the cashier to check whether they were valid. I had three vouchers, which took about 2–3 minutes to review. During this time, the cashier appeared visibly frustrated, impatient, and gave uncomfortable looks. Even if the vouchers were not valid, the interaction felt rude and dismissive. Vouchers are not a favor or charity—they hold value and customers are entitled to ask about them. As a loyal customer, I expect basic courtesy, patience, and professionalism at checkout. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from Sephora’s service standards.

    I must express my concern in regards to the customer service. I have called this store at Bramalea City Centre on two separate occasions and have found who ever answers the phone to be very rude and disrespectful on both occasions. Providing quality customer is not just for face to face interactions, but also extends to telephone interactions as well. I am very disappointed and management needs to speak to their staff about proper phone etiquette.

    To whom it may concern. I am writing this to express my frustration with your customer service in store. I had gone and bought a Versace perfume and paid the price for the eau de parfum product. I was instead given the eau de toilette. Obviously I had paid for the product that would be more concentrated so it would last longer. I tried to go to the store with my receipt and proof of purchase but I was met with a complete lack of communication, just a simple no not possible. Clearly what I paid for and what I received is different and I am simply asking for my proper product that I had paid for. This is truly such an unacceptable hurdle for what I feel is such a simple transaction especially with the timeline and proof of purchase. Make this right for me as this felt like a quite simple matter which is becoming quite frustrating. And and the staff was not very friendly. They spoke to me rudely.

    I am writing to express my anger and disappointment over the unacceptable behavior I experienced at your store yesterday. I visited the store to purchase perfume and cream products. I was specifically looking for a travel-size Gucci perfume tester, as I was seriously considering buying it and simply wanted to reconfirm the fragrance. Since no tester was available, I was checking the product when a middle-aged staff member approached me in an extremely rude and aggressive manner and demanded that I hand the product back to her. I immediately apologized and tried to explain myself, but she was rude to listen. She took the product and spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive tone when I asked about the tester. Her behavior was shocking, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. I was with my partner at the time, which made the situation even more embarrassing. Because of this staff member’s behavior, I walked away without purchasing the travel-size perfume, even though I intended to buy it. I only completed billing for a few other items and left the store feeling upset and disrespected. This is absolutely not the level of service expected from a brand like Sephora. I cannot understand how someone with such poor customer service skills is allowed to interact with customers. This incident left a very negative impression, and I have no desire to return to this location again. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This experience was unacceptable, and I strongly urge management to take this complaint seriously and address the lack of professionalism and proper customer service training displayed by this employee.
