    Forgot the wonderful girls name but she shade matched me and it was amazing. Helped me out so much as I’m not very familiar with makeup. Gave me some advice with application. There’s also a very kind gentleman there who was very sweet at the register. Overall amazing community!

    My issue with this store is not so much the shopping experience itself, although it is literally next to impossible to get an employee’s attention for a simple task, such as checking their inventory/bin for the product you’re looking for. My issue is more so with the cashiers/management and their nasty attitude. Just one example: my mom often goes and kindly picks up my orders for me, because I have an auto-immune disorder and have to be very wary of germs and flu season. Today she went and picked up my online order and one of the items I placed went out of stock, which I was notified of the very next morning I placed the order—once they finished processing it. Long story short, my mom asked the manager if I will be refunded for the item and she replied to her “we don’t charge for items that are out of stock”. My mom then called me to confirm I was charged for the out of stock item and approached the same manager again, and she simply told her “ya, she’ll get her refund in 5-10 business days” and simply dismissed my mom (I was on the phone with my mom at the time). I had to call Sephora’s C/S hotline to clarify I WAS charged for both items and that I will be getting reimbursed for an item that I paid for and never received. The managers here have no knowledge and SERIOUSLY need some training on customer service and their policies.

    “Anna,” who was the employee, needs more training in how to deal with customers. I went there on November 9th around 4 PM — the atmosphere was awful. She was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. She has zero knowledge of dealing with customers. WORST SEPHORA. There was a fight going on too. The employees were very unprofessional and unorganized. They are selling EXPIRED PRODUCTS. Please check the dates before buying anything from this specific branch. EXPIRED PRODUCTS! I am going to complain about this. I need the Area Manager to see this and respond to me.

    I had a wonderful experience at Sephora thanks to one of the staff members, Pallavi. She approached me with a warm and friendly attitude and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. Pallavi helped me find the perfect product that matched my skin tone perfectly — something I’ve always found challenging before! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and gave great recommendations without being pushy. I really appreciated her patience, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping me find exactly what I needed. Her excellent customer service made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Pallavi went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Sephora is lucky to have such a helpful and attentive team member — I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service I received from her!

    I have been a loyal Sephora customer for years, but my recent experience at the Bramalea City Centre location in Brampton was utterly disappointing and among the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had. Upon entering the store, I approached an associate, who I later discovered was the store manager, to ask for help finding a lip shade. My request was initially ignored. When I asked again, she dismissively told me she would call someone to assist me, yet proceeded to stand nearby, casually chatting with another associate instead of addressing my needs. After waiting for an extended period without any assistance, I approached her again, only to be met with a rude and unprofessional attitude. As a customer, I felt completely disregarded and disrespected. To learn that this behavior came from the store manager was shocking and unacceptable. This experience is not reflective of the customer service standards I expect from Sephora. I am deeply disappointed and will not be returning to this location. I hope Sephora takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved staff training and customer care at this store.
