The staff member who attended me was a middle-aged woman wearing glasses who was speaking Hindi. Unfortunately, her behavior was very rude and unprofessional. The way she spoke and responded to questions was irritating and frustrating. When I asked about the service or haircut, her tone and attitude were dismissive, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Regarding the haircut, I am extremely unhappy. After coming home, I realized how poorly it was done. She cut my hair very short at the back without proper consultation or styling. There was no shape, no finishing, and no visible effort to style my hair. My hair looks almost the same as before, except now it is uneven, messy, and difficult to tie because the back is cut too short. Overall, this was a very bad experience due to both the rude behavior and poor quality of the haircut. I would not recommend going to this salon, especially with this particular staff member. Please be cautious if you are considering getting a haircut here.

I am 10 mins away from the store. As I was backing out, car got stuck in the snow pile so it took extra 5 mins. As I was on my way, I called just in case . I told them I was 7 mins away at 4:57pm. She was like we cant take you because you would be arriving after 5pm. This made no sense. Even if I had arrived at 4:57pm, was she expecting to cut my son's hair in 3 mins?!! Horrible customer service!

Unfortunately though this day I was extremely busy and didn’t have the time. Not only did she come out of the salon with it being terribly uneven the stylist also nicked her neck several time without even apologizing and when my partner brought it to her attention she rudely brushed it off acting as if she didn’t. The station was extremely dirty with other peoples hair from previous clients and the tools that she used were not sanitized, that can be dangerous especially with nicks since bacteria can get in to the wound. For a quick 5 minute touch up that she was also injured during she was charged $40 dollars. I am completely appalled by the unprofessionalism and I do not believe that the stylist should be allowed near hair.
