Stylist mentioned her scissors were not sharp which probably made my cut more jagged. The lovely salon that fixed this only cost 5$ more than my botched great clips hack- included a wash, good cut, dry and style . Great clips leaves you with no wash or dry. Attempted to speak to owner multiple times- no call backs. Manager offered to fix it but respectfully I would never ever go back. The worst trim I have ever had. And zero accountability from the owner.

She has a lot of attitude for no reason and doesn’t even know how to do her job. I would really request their management not to keep such an unprofessional hair dresser. Unfortunately, my child got a minor cut behind the ear during the haircut and this shouldn’t happen, especially with kids. We are so disappointed.
