  Shopped here for my wife’s Christmas gift. She is a member and I am not. With that, I am not accustomed to shopping here. It took me over 15 minutes to get the help from an employee. I personally wouldn’t shop here but my wife is a rouge member or whatever it’s called

  Such a poor customer service, I just redeemed a gift , saw in 2 minutes it was broken , I requested them to either exchange or give me points, they refused.I requested to speak to the manager or to explain , A girl on the counter said , “I am the manager” with a bad attitude , wonder who made her the manager , what a shame they could not do anything to help, even if you are Rouge member of sephora. Please do your business online if you can ,these people are not good at serving their customers and they have bad attitude. I would give them zero for attitudes and customer service. Instead of making excuses ,Just use courtesy next time!

  Emily went above and beyond for me. She got me set up with the app and showed me how to order on line and have it shipped to my granddaughter in another city. She was awesome to work with, and knew her stuff. I give her a 10 out of 10. Keep up the amazing work Emily.

  I was in last week and purchased a lipstick without any assistance. I didn’t need it, but when I went to pay at the desk, the girl who was working there smelled so bad on old sweat that was absolutely impossible to be close to her one minute. As I am certain that this could be a sensitive matter to discuss with your employer, there must be the way to address that by the store manager. In Sephora store where everything should be pleasant…a person who works there stinks on sweat in 2025 ?! It’s unacceptable.
