- CSChetna SinghMar 31, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora today. The customer service from an employee named Koyla was extremely uncomfortable. While my friend and I were simply browsing perfumes, she kept hovering around us and watching us as if we were going to steal something. Her constant sneaking looks and the way she stared at us felt very judgmental and unwelcoming. Shopping should feel comfortable, but instead we felt judged and uneasy the entire time. On top of that, she gave us a really unpleasant look which made the situation even more awkward and disrespectful. I hope Sephora addresses this because customers should not feel profiled or uncomfortable when they are simply trying to shop. Hope she learns from it and improve better.

She recommended products to me, helped match my shade and helped me find a good primer to go with it too. I ended up buying her recommendations and left feeling happy and well taken care of. The rest of the staff were also very lovely and welcoming. I had a great experience here!
