  I went in today looking for several items, and am a longtime Sephora customer. I usually order everything online but last time it took nearly a week to get to me which was really disappointing. Luckily I now live close to Park Place so there’s no trouble going there. I was helped today by a really nice girl, super knowledgeable. Something I wanted wasn’t in store so I went to the cash to order and have it shipped - not ideal but I had no choice. Unfortunately it was sold out online. The cashier made no effort to help me find something similar. I had to step out for a moment with my toddler, and when I came back I went looking for the first girl who was helpful. She and the cashier were .. I guess practicing for customers? I eventually got their attention and instead of helping me they paged for someone else to come. I was standing there for quite a while with my 3 year old who only has so much patience. As I was leaving, really disappointed, the girl who was the cashier asked me how did. I told her no one came to help me. I’m not sure why it was more important to practice your spiel for customers than helping an actual customer who was ready to spend. I’ll go to Beauty Boutique and spend my money there.
