I wanted to book beauty service appointment at this location but the makeup artist is not available all those days and even for next month which I really wanted to book. I finally booked for January on my birthday and I got cancellation email in the morning. I get it she can’t work whole week but why there is no other artist to fill her on the days she is off. Sephora should have makeup artist available whole week not just 4-5 days. I really wanted to enjoy and try my first Sephora beauty service but all three upcoming occasions were ruined because of shortage of artist. I wish you can hire some other artist because this is only location nearest to my house and I can’t drive in Snow specifically in this Barrie weather.
