When I walked in my hair was to my butt and I walked out with about 8 inches of hair gone stopping above the middle of my back. I checked in to see if they had availability and the stylist took my info and told me to take a seat, she didn’t however tell me that there would be an approximately hour long wait… when I was seated in the chair I asked *Suzy* for a trim, long layers, face framing pieces and a light curtain bang. She showed me how much she was going to cut and then cut way more than that. She did not cut any bangs whatsoever ever and the face framing was lopsided. Not to mention my layers are extremely choppy, should I have asked for a wolf-cut, butterfly, or more textured layer I would understand however my haircut is nothing like I asked for. I am not new to a layered cut as I have gotten the same haircut for over a decade, I’ll also add that when I left the salon my hair was soaking wet. Would not recommend.
