Yesterday we had a transaction issue that couldn’t be resolved right before closing. Nikki called me on her own time to try and sort it out. I met her at the store and she tried everything to resolved it. It unfortunately has to be resolved by Mastercard. And one more note. Cindy, thank you for the new style. I love it.

It ended the cut she did is until the length of my face chin, imagine that long hair she cut!!!I told her it’s too short but insisting it was good, I ask it to dry it but she told me that I need to pay more 50dollars do it. I paid more than a 100 dollars before to get my hair done looks nice and I don’t mind paying it more if the job is good!Great Cuts needs to hire a hairstylist that is professional experienced and not just like practicing a people hair to be cut. I’m just being nice to give a 5 dollars tip but Not recommended to anyone who wants to feel beautiful after a hair cut because you will be sooooooo disappointed!!!!!!!

When I got home, washed, and dried my hair properly, I was shocked — there were uneven patches everywhere, up and down all over my head. That’s exactly why I stopped going to Great Clips a long time ago, and now I regret giving them another chance. The quality is absolutely trash. They seriously need to hire proper barbers who know what they’re doing.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
