  I had a really uncomfortable experience at Sephora recently. While I understand that stores need to be mindful of theft, the way I was treated felt excessive and unfair. An employee—who I believe may have been a manager—kept closely following me around the store the entire time I was shopping. It didn’t feel like customer service; it felt like I was being watched and suspected of stealing. What made it worse was that when I was leaving, it seemed like security was also alerted and waiting near the door, which made the situation even more humiliating. I came in just to shop like any other customer, but instead I left feeling judged, embarrassed, and very uncomfortable. This experience has made me hesitant to return. Customers should feel welcomed and respected, not singled out or monitored in a way that feels invasive. I hope the store can work on creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for everyone.

  Absolutely pathetic customer service. I was standing at the online order pickup area first, but the cashier ignored me to help a customer who arrived after me. When I moved into the regular line to finally get noticed, she immediately turned to help a new person who had just walked up to the pickup spot. Being skipped twice while standing right there is insulting. I cancelled my order on the spot and won't be back. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

  I got my makeup done for the first time and Selin made my experience awesome. She accomodated my dry skin and gave me the best results possible. I felt super confident and happy after. She also was so great at asking questions throughout and making sure I was comfortable with the process. Thanks Selin!!!

  They have moneymaking sales people telling you that this is good for your skin, if we don’t buy their suggestion, just buy the product that we like, they don’t even give you samples, which they initially told you that if you buy the product we will give you lots of samples. Everybody was giving me a runaround just for samples. Very bad customer experience, I had an amazing experience at sephora when I was in Toronto Eaton Centre.. I would probably never recommend Sephora Ajax to anyone..
