  They have moneymaking sales people telling you that this is good for your skin, if we don’t buy their suggestion, just buy the product that we like, they don’t even give you samples, which they initially told you that if you buy the product we will give you lots of samples. Everybody was giving me a runaround just for samples. Very bad customer experience, I had an amazing experience at sephora when I was in Toronto Eaton Centre.. I would probably never recommend Sephora Ajax to anyone..

  I had a wonderful experience with Lee and Sabrina, they were very helpful with the products that I needed, and they were very thorough and understandable to my concerns. Will definitely visit this location more often! 🙏 ❤️

  Based on other reviews it seems the lack of customer service is becoming a trend, went in there today to see if the Kylie Jenner perfume was available because I had seen it on the website, upon entering I looked for employees to assist me, which majority were all behind the cash talking amongst themselves, I stumbled upon a worker and decided to ask her my question and she gave the most coldest response and was eager for me to hurry up my question so she could leave! She did not even let me finish my question fully and made no attempt to answer my follow up questions as if I was interrupting her in a way. Very distasteful experience for Ajax location but sadly when you hire people with lack of customer service skills, this is what the consumer gets unfortunately

  This location of Sephora creates an awful & hostile shopping experience. They profile their guests based on age, race, and what they believe a thief ‘would’ look like. No reason a young mom should be treated like a criminal. No merit to their accusations and incredibly unprofessional. Being followed around and bombarded by staff is unbecoming of their management and how they operate. It’s clear they care more about potential loss prevention than actually providing a good experience for their PAYING guests.

  I recently got my makeup done by Natasha and had a fantastic experience! Tasha was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable from the start. She listened to my ideas and understood my concerns about achieving the look I wanted with my hooded eyes. In the end, my eyeshadow looked absolutely wonderful—I have never felt so confident after getting my makeup done before. Thank you Natasha!
