    Went in to sephora today and the environment was totally weird. There was a man following me and my friend around the entire time it made us so uncomfortable. He was looking at us through the mirrors and walking in the adjacent aisle to us. On top of that, an employee kept forcing a product on us. Weird.

    The only reason I’m giving two stars is cause the last time I visited I placed an in store pickup and the associate wasn’t rude or seemed miserable. I absolutely hate going to this location and only go unless I have to.

    manager unprofessional and rude. I was trying to exchange an item that had exceeded the 30 days. When the cashier told me I couldn’t, I said okay (wasn’t putting up a fight). Not sure why the manager even needed to come out as the cashier had it handled

    Review for Sephora Ajax I purchased a Sephora blush palette from this location back in July, but when I finally opened it to use, I discovered it was completely broken. When I brought it back to the store, I was told about the 30-day return policy, which I completely understand. However, I asked to speak with the manager to see if there could be an exception. The manager advised me to call Customer Care, saying they could help. When I called Customer Care, they told me they cannot assist with in-store purchases and that this issue could only be handled by the store. This left me completely stuck — was the manager misinformed, or was Customer Care wrong? Either way, I was given incomplete information and no resolution. To make matters worse, the manager was a bit dismissive, which made the situation feel even more frustrating. At this point, I’ve decided I will only order my products online in the future, since the in-store experience felt disorganized and unhelpful. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that Sephora Ajax improves its communication and ensures both staff and Customer Care give consistent, accurate information to customers.
