However , there is a lady in there blonde , skinny , tan and has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. I’m surprised she’s still employed because the way she spoke to me or even looked at at me is enough for anyone to do a double take . Not sure who hurt her but I’ll never go back in there even though this location is the closest to my house . I brought my daughter in one time to fix her bangs and she immediately was so NEGATIVE and was saying there’s nothing that can be done . Luckily another stylist helped my daughter instead . The audacity to speak to another human being in her tone was beyond me . Great clips -I don’t think you want people with horrible attitudes representing your brand .

I came in today at open, I walked in and said "Good morning ", the lady named "Stephanie" probably in her fifties, looks like she's been in a tanning bed for 6 straight hours was EXTREMELY rude. She was SOOOOOO irritated that I walked in at 9:05am because she was late. I mean honestly what should I expect. She's a hair stylist in her fifties working at Great Clips, she's got to be a miserable person. I will not be back!

- BFBayle ForeeJul 4, 20255.0For my entire life, my aunt has been the one to cut my hair. Typically when I go to someone else I always leave the salon upset because what I ask for is not delivered. However, Mariah has delivered the 2 times I have been up there for myself! She asks questions to make sure she knows EXACTLY what you want, asks for reference pictures, ect! The first time I sat in her chair, I asked for choppy layers to blend my bangs into the rest of my hair and this time we went with a full blown shag/wolf cut! She also has done beyond amazing with my little one, who has never let anyone but me cut his hair. From a simple scissor fade to a trim and trying trimmers (around his ears) for this first time! I am so happy I decided to give this location a try and stumbled upon an amazing stylist!

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
