  Went today and was helped by Pierre. What an awesome experience! He was so knowledgeable and helpful! 100/10!! Id go back just to yap with him. He found me exactly what I needed so I didn't leave with the wrong product. Ill be back ASAP!

  I just left Sephora this just happened , I walked in and went to the rhode section and I didn’t see the blush Shade that I was looking for and I asked the first worker I saw and i asked her if she could please check if they had my shade and she said no what we have is there nothing else , she said that with a terrible attitude and not seemed very helping and then my mom told me to ask someone else just in case and someone else did help me and found my shade so very disappointed with the workers , they seemed grown like around 40s to be acting like that and with that behavior. Will not be returning and just going to the Kohl’s Sephora.

  This is not rlly abt any issues with the store itself but with a worker. So I don’t the remember the young lady’s name but its was a relatively young white girl with blonde hair. This lady needs to watch out how she gets people to sign up for credit cards. She asked me if I wanted a discount on my purchase and said yes. What she failed to mention is that I was signing up for a damn credit card. I thankfully noticed right away and asked her about it and she confirmed that it was a credit card application. She then has the audacity to get upset and breathe hard and roll her eyes when I declined the card. Maybe next time make it CLEAR that you’re talking about a credit card. Not just a regular store account like every other store has. Y'all can’t be playing with people’s credit and money like this just to up your sales or get points within the store. Yall are gonna get sued and it’s gonna be that little girls fault. Thats all.

  I’ve been coming to this Sephora location since I was a young girl, and I can honestly say I don’t recall a single truly bad experience here. The employees are consistently kind, lively, and eager to help — every time I walk in, at least one team member asks how they can assist me. The energy in the store is always welcoming, and it’s clear the staff genuinely enjoy what they do (and their makeup is always beautifully done!). Today I came in for a color match, and the associate who helped me not only matched me perfectly but also took the time to educate me throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I just wanted to finally take a moment to share how much I truly love this location and the consistently great experience the team provides.
