The staff were chatting quite a bit, and I could overhear personal conversations, which made the atmosphere feel a little unprofessional. When I asked one of the employees something, she seemed a bit irritated, which was uncomfortable. I think keeping conversations more private and maintaining a friendly, welcoming attitude would really help create a better experience for customers.
