- EME MJul 31, 20251.0My husband and I already had several items in hand from other departments. We made a last stop at the Sephora for facial moisturizer, however the old white lady was extremely rude and off putting. Not only did my husband greet her first, she said no words to us but continued to hover and stare as if we were trying to steal. Very unpleasant experience, she even popped around the corner to watch us at checkout. Do better.
