Unethical and Unsafe - Beware Had a severe allergic reaction to one of their products, and instead of showing the slightest concern for customer safety, Skin Care Essentials hid behind their rigid return policy. Their response was dismissive, cold, and completely devoid of accountability. A reputable skincare company would prioritize customer health and stand behind its products. This one does not. Refusing even a simple return label for a product that caused harm shows a disturbing lack of integrity. Bottom line: if you value your health and expect even the most basic responsibility from a brand, look elsewhere. Skin Care Essentials is neither safe nor trustworthy.

I was followed during my entire visit. From now on, if I need a product that Woodland Hills doesn't carry, I'll ship it to my home. I will never come back to this location.
